Recognized as one of the strangest museums in Poland, the cheap wine museum is housed in the basement of the Old Walloon Cottage. Opened in 2003, it attracts new visitors, especially students, each year

Among the exhibits are over one hundred bottles and labels with the names of hundreds of "wines", called "jabol" in Polish, which enjoyed great popularity especially among young consumers.

The name "jabol" is derived from the fruit of which these wines were produced - apples, more rarely currants, which has not always been first class, while real wines are produced primarily from selected grape fruit. There are plenty of other colloquial terms referring to this particular type of this alcoholic beverage. It's hard to praise the taste of these drinks here, because it was quite specific, the mystery was more in the price, which was much lower than traditional wine, which not everyone could afford.

The most famous "fruit wines" included e.g.: "Arizona", "Platon", "Biały kielich".
