For those who do not know the name, what is hard to believe: Ducati is an Italian company that produces sports motorcycles. And the Ducati Museum simply presents in an attractive way the story of the Bologna brand, which since 1926 is the pride of the Italian automotive industry.
That is why we are here to admire both contemporary and historical models - from the popular Cucciolo, built after the World War II - the first engine produced in 1946 by Ducati through Desmodromic up to Desmosedici.
The main hall of the museum looks like a fantastically illuminated racetrack, where there is a huge red helmet and dozens of legendary motorcycles. Adjacent to the main hall there are seven theme rooms.
If you cannot go there in person, you can explore it using Goggle Maps - although it certainly is not the same...
And if you still do not have enough this is also an opportunity to see other factories, museums of the Italian automotive industry icons such as: Museum of Ferrari, Maserati or Lamborghini for example.
