The Ecumenical Culture Centre in Myczkowce is housed in the Center for Recreation and Rehabilitation of the Caritas Diocese of Rzeszów.
You'll find here wooden mock-ups of 150 churches and orthodox churches from south-eastern Poland, Ukraine and Slovakia, built in 1:25 scale.
The miniature are laid out in the midst of well-kept green area and the sightseeing is accompanied by chants, sermons and hymns of the Orthodox Church tradition. While looking at them you can see a variety of styles of wooden sacral architecture, characteristic of the ethnic groups living in the area of today's Polish-Slovak-Ukrainian borderlands. So here you can see the architecture of people from Pogórze, Doliny, Lemko and Boykos.
The centre also includes two playgrounds, as well as the Biblical Garden and a mini-zoo, where you can meet among others: goats, storks, ducks and pigeons. There is also a small horse farm.
