The Jewish Museum in Berlin is the largest museum of its kind in Europe and one of the most interesting attractions of the city.

The characteristic zigzag structure created by addition into an existing former Kollegienhouse building, was designed by renowned architect Daniel Libeskind.

The museum tells in an interesting way is the story of the Jews in Germany. The exhibition is interactive, not only focused on the history of the Holocaust, but it shows many aspects of daily life from many different periods. The are not simply objects and documents, but as well as three-dimensional models of buildings that no longer exist. In a very suggestive way spaces, such as the Holocaust Tower, "Schalechet" installation, where visitors walk on symbolic faces of iron, or the Garden of Exile, which in a hard ascetic way enables visitors to form their own thoughts on the history of the Jewish people.

For the kids guided tours on a variety of interesting topics are offered such as on kosher food, learning the basics of the Hebrew language, it is even possible to organize children's birthday at the museum. Each guest can also write on a piece with their own wish and hang in on the Tree of Wishes.

This is one of the few places in the world where you can buy kosher gummi bears and watch skullcaps for kids (even with Batman).
