The Malbork Castle is the former seat of the grandmasters of the Order of Our Lady of the German House in Jerusalem, the Teutonic Knights.

In terms of volume is Europe's largest brick castle.

Children will be interested in rooms of monks and ... furnaces. The dry moat is impressive as well

Moreover, at the castle grounds  many interesting events are organized. In July, the most spectacular re-enactment of battle in Poland - The Siege of Malbork is organized, and every two years, on the first Saturday in June the International Bienniale of Exlibris.

You should also take part in the light-sound show called "The Cross and Sword, Light and sound in the Malbork Castle."

The ticket office is open half an hour before the event. Tickets: 20.00 PLN (normal) and PLN 10.00 (concessions).

August 1-15 - 21:30

August 16-31 - 21:00

September 1-18 - 20:00

Malbork Castle is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Older children who have seen the film Alexander Ford "Crusaders" (1960) willrecognize the Malbork Castle in the scene with the arrival of deputies.

In the summer - open from 15.04 to 15.09. In winter, open from 16.09 to 14.04.

Regular ticket - PLN 39.50. Reduced price from 17:45 to 18:30 - 29.50 PLN
Tickets children:
Reduced ticket - PLN 29.50. Reduced price from 17:45 to 18:30 - 19PLN
