While being in Łańcut it's worth to visit a museum in the village of Markowa, which represents the spatial arrangement of buildings and characteristic of settlement in the area Lancut- Przeworsk.

There are seven fully equipped facilities, including cottages and farm buildings here, decorated in a way resembling the tradition of the early twentieth century. Here are both farms of the rich and the poor, so that you can compare the standard of living of different social groups.

Visiting the museum, you can see:

• peasant homestead
• forge
• stable
• barn
• granary
• windmill
• treadmill and a well with a crane
• folk school
• thatched hives.
