Recommended for children from the following age groups:

One of the most famous cathedrals in the world, built in the Gothic style.

You should show it to your kids, especially if they are familiar with the novel The Hunchback of Notre Dame by Victor Hugo, or previously watched film of the same title.

Another reason why children should be brought here - especially older ones - are beautiful stained glass windows and rosettes on the royal gallery (especially the northern one).

The bells might be also appealing to children. The largest of them weighs 1915 kg, the smallest 763 kg. In the south tower is the Bourdon bell weighing 13 tons. The bells are ringing three times a day, and Bourdon only on great holidays.

The cathedral is 130 meters long, 48 meters wide, the height of ceilings in the main nave of more than 35 meters. The spire of trees covered with rich lead sheet is 40 meters high.
