The Ochtin Aragonite Cave is the only cave of its type in Europe and one of the few in the world.

The entrance to the cave is through a forged adit, located at an altitude of 642 meters above sea level. The aragonite cave is famous for its crystalline forms in the shape of needles and twigs.

The tourist route with a length of 230 m runs through the hall of the Milky Way, Starry Hall, Magic and Marble Corridor. Visitors will have to overcome 104 stairs and the visiting time is about 30-45 minutes. When going to the cave, you should bring warm clothing as temperature inside is about 7-8 ° C.

Aragonite Cave in Ochtina is on the UNESCO World Heritage List.
