Ogrodzieniec castle ruins are located at a height of 515.5 meters, the highest point of the Polish Jura.

The castle was used as part of the scenery of the shooting locations for the TV series "Janosik", also Wajda's "Revenge" (Zemsta) was being filmed as well.

The ticket price includes a tour of the castle, museum, exhibition hall and torture chamber. Next to the objects you'll find green areas that can serve as a picnic spot.

You'll save some money by buying a ticket authorizing admission to the castle and Birów town, the cost 10 PLN per discounted ticket and 13 PLN for the adult ticket. A Golden Ticket (admission to the castle, the castle and Birów Miniature Park will cost 19 PLN per discounted ticket, and 25 PLN for the adult ticket
