Openen on the five hundredth anniversary of the birth of Nicolaus Copernicus as the Space Flight Planetarium, the object is now called Olsztyn Planetarium and Observatory, and is the second largest planetarium in Poland.
During 45 minutes long sessions you can watch some interesting projections of the starry sky and astronomical phenomena that are sure of interest even to young viewers.
The Planetarium has a library with a rich collection of books on astronomy, space and related topics.
