Bridges in Stańczyki are considered one of the highest bridges in Poland.
On the south bridge a railway line has been built. The northern bridge, parallel to the south, built later, was to serve as collateral operability route when enemy troops demolished the first bridge.
Thet are 180 m long, 36.5 m high. Their architecture resembles the Roman aqueduct in Pont du Gard. These bridges are also known under the name of Aqueducts of the Romincki Forest.
Viaducts were used in the film "Ryś" by Stanislaw Tym.
Until recently, it was a paradise for lovers of extreme sports and bungee jumping. Today it is a private property, jumpers were banned and for access to the bridge requires a charge. But the view from the top is unforgettable.
