The underground tourist route gold mine tour begins in the 500 meters long Gertrude Adit.

We'll see here a rich exhibition of maps and plans of the mine from the period from the eighteenth to the twentieth century - including the mysterious Black Adit map. In the display cases we can see old mining and steel tools, minerals and mining lamps exhibition, as well as muffle and laboratory furnace, where gold has been smelted and the eighteenth century carriage used for ore transport.

The next stage of the route is the pavement of death, where we will meet the Gnome. For volunteers there is an eight meters long slide, which allows us to visit parts of the route in this rather unusual way.

The final step is to explore the Museum of Warnings, Notes and Appeals, which is a collection of plates associated with the health and safety with marked slogans, instructions and warnings , not necessarily serious. Continuation of the trip is the way to the Black Shaft, in which we can see an underground walkway leading to the Czech Republic and Poland's only underground waterfall, the water falling from a height of 8 feet often splashing visitors' faces. From there, tourists with Orange Underground train are leaving in the approx. 300 meter long route to the surface.

Duration of the tour is about 1.5 hours. Prevailing temperature inside the tunnel is about 7°C, therefore, planning to visit this place you should not forget to bring warmer clothes.
