Hrad Cesky Sternberk located just 46 km from Prague is one of the most interesting tourist attractions in Central Bohemia. Situated on top of a hill with a beautiful view of the Moravian Sázava river and the nearby surroundings.

Visitors can see the 15 lavishly decorated rooms decorated in baroque style, including the Knights' Hall, St. Sebastian's Chapel, the yellow living room decorated in Louis XVI style, full of stucco decorations, the hunting room with historical weapons and hunting trophies, a library, a large dining room with unique porcelain tableware, oriental lobby, the breakfast room. Noteworthy is the rare collection of 545 copper engravings, which show the history of the Thirty Years War, as well as a family tree with photos of 63 representatives of the Sternberk family. The collection includes also a number of exhibits from the time of the Thirty Years War.
