Rüstkammer (armory) is part of the Zwinger Palace Museum, which contains an impressive collection of arms and insignia of power from the time of the Saxon electors.
Small fans of chivalry will certainly be interested by a number of armor, used for special occasions, particularly for parades and competitions, with beautiful ornamental swords, shields and complete equipment of the aristocratic knight in the tournament. A rarity is separate collection of armor for children used by small princes.
